Lilulila wasn't born in an office, it was born at home. Between sleepless nights, 3 a.m. nappy changes and the constant search for clothes that actually worked for my daughters.
I wanted pieces that were practical, soft and beautiful all at once. That held up wash after wash, didn't irritate their skin and made my life a little simpler. I couldn't find them the way I imagined… so I decided to create them.
Every detail of Lilulila — the two-way zip, the bamboo, the finishes — comes from a real need I lived with them. This is clothing thought up by a mother, for other families.

Lilulila carries the know-how of four generations of women in my family — from the name to the prints and the fabrics. A heritage of care that today becomes a brand.

The inspiration
My three girls — and the little one who gives the brand its name. The engine behind everything we do.
«Lilulila» means dragonfly.
It's the word my 18-month-old used for dragonfly, in her own baby language. It sounded so lovely it stuck.
And it turned out perfect: the dragonfly symbolises change, transformation, adaptation and fulfilment — exactly what a baby and their family live in those first months. We couldn't think of a better name for this little-big project.
