Free over €50. Free shipping across Europe on orders of €50 or more. Below that, a flat rate by destination.
30 days to return. You have 30 days to return. We cover return shipping only if the mistake is ours.

Free shipping across Europe from €50. Express 24h is available for mainland Spain, Portugal and the rest of the EU (not the Balearics or Canaries) and must be ordered before 1pm on a working day. Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: special timings and costs calculated at checkout. Timings are indicative and counted from order confirmation.
How to return
You have 30 days from when you receive the order. Items must be unworn, with their tag and in their original packaging. If the return is due to our mistake or a faulty product, return shipping is free; if it's a change of mind, the return cost is on you.
- Request. Log into your account or write to hello@lilulila.com with your order number.
- Pack it. Put the unworn items, with their tag, in their original packaging or an equivalent.
- Send the parcel. If the mistake is ours, we send you a prepaid label. Otherwise, return shipping is on you.
- Get your refund. As soon as it reaches our warehouse, we refund you within 5–7 working days.
Good to know
Our mistake or a fault. If the order arrives wrong or a product is faulty, we fix it at no cost: we send a prepaid label and replace or refund.
Change of mind. Not what you expected? You have 30 days to return. In this case the return shipping cost is on you.
A real 30 days. The window counts from when you receive the order, not from purchase.
FAQ
When will I receive my order?
In mainland Spain, within 24–48 working hours of confirmation. Order before 1pm on a working day and it leaves the same day. For the Balearics, Portugal and the rest of the EU, see the timings table.
Is shipping really free?
Yes: across Europe, from €50 of purchase. Below that, the flat rate shown in the table applies by destination.
Does returning cost anything?
You have 30 days to return. If the return is due to our mistake or a faulty product, return shipping is free. If it's a change of mind or size, the return shipping cost is on you.
How long does the refund take?
Once your return reaches our warehouse, we process the refund within 5–7 working days to the same payment method you used.
What if an item arrives faulty?
Write to hello@lilulila.com with your order number and a photo. We replace the item or refund you at no cost, and we cover the return shipping.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. Express 24h is chosen at checkout: €6.95 for mainland Spain and €19.90 for Portugal and the rest of the EU. Order before 1pm on a working day so it leaves the same day.
Can I change my order once confirmed?
Once confirmed, we can't change the products, quantity, address or shipping method. If you made a mistake, write to hello@lilulila.com as soon as possible to cancel it and place the order again with the correct details.
Do you do size exchanges?
We don't do direct exchanges: return the item that doesn't fit and place a new order in the right size. That way it reaches you sooner and we make sure it's in stock.
